Decals:
Decals are made are also made with vinyl but isn’t heated to cling to the body work. The vinyl used for decals is similar to an industrial sticker, so bonds well to vehicle body work. The vinyl used for decals is printed on our Roland TRUE VIS VG2-640 roll-to-roll printer.
Magnetic Signs:

Signs are made to stand out. This often means that signs are made to be rather large-scale. Due to having to adapt to fit large substrates, the design of the sign will have to be generated to suit the large-scale format, a capability that large format printing possesses.
The use for signage is usually on more of a permanent basis or at least on the basis of being more ‘hard-wearing’ than more traditional print. This can be for both indoor and outdoor use whether it is giving your offices a sense of identity or perhaps navigating your customers on where they need to be. Signage acts as a practical basis as well as showing people who you are and what you are about.
Our large format materials
Dibond:
Dibond is a metal sheet manufactured from aluminium, with a polyethylene core. It is commonly used for outdoor signage due to its strong durability and the fact it weathers well. This is printed on our Gibson UV Flatbed and cut on our SINAJET Digital System flatbed.
Foamex:
Foamex is a lightweight sign made from compressed PVC to make a strong and brittle substrate. Foamex is water and UV repellent, making it a good choice for both interior and exterior use. Like Dibond, it is printed on our Gibson UV Flatbed and cut on our SINAJET Digital System flatbed.
Vinyl:
Vinyl is a thin adhesive material that is popular for large scale signage. Best utilised for indoor use, vinyl can be stuck to flat surfaces such as walls and floors or used to create decals. This is printed on our Roland Pro 4 XR-640, a roll-to-roll printer.
PVC:

Roller Banners:
Roller banners are created from PVC and are printed in full cover. They are easy to pack away and don’t take up too much space due to their structure. The PVC used for roller banners is printed on the Roland Pro 4 XR-640.
